Over the past 12 years, TRIPLE has been providing motivational seminars on leadership, team building and mastering your finances. TRIPLE is an acronym, which stands for Training and Research Institute for the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence.
Our seminars are highly interactive, done in an atmosphere of fun, using multisensory methods such as games, music and movie clips to heighten the learning experience. We also enhance the management skill, productivity level and leadership development of participants in all levels: college & university students, employees and mid to high-level corporate executives.
THE SPEAKERS
Emilio Reyes
Co-Founder and Senior Speaker
Emil has been providing motivational trainings and workshops for more than 12 years. He is regularly invited to speak in youth groups, men’s fellowship groups, corporate gatherings and is a regular facilitator in TRIPLE.
He has almost 30 years of experience as a professional, rising from a clerical level when he first started and moving up to head major divisions in top banks and corporations in the middle east, Asia and North America. He has a masters degree in entrepreneurship from Asian Institute of Management, one of the most prestigious post-graduate schools in Asia.
Emil was a professor for several years in a Christian seminary, teaching leadership and strategic subjects to international students enrolled in the seminary’s masters level leadership course.
He is a co-founder of TRIPLE along with his partner, Jojo Baldo. Together, they developed a holistic motivational workshop called “Gung-Ho!™ ”, which provides learnings on how to master one’s life as a family person, as a professional and as a citizen. The Gung Ho program mainly covers four areas: leadership, team building, values formation and finances.
Emil loves to spend time with his family, play tennis and enjoys listening to the Beatles.
Jojo Baldo
Co-Founder and Senior Speaker
Jojo has over 15 years of training and speaking experience, and truly enjoys facilitating and providing workshops to TRIPLE’s various clients.
As a student, Jojo was a consistent scholar starting in high school all the way to college, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science.
In the course of imparting TRIPLE’s workshops, Jojo travels widely, having been to North America and several countries in Asia.
Liza Cruz
Senior Speaker
Liza was born to be a speaker, loving every moment of teaching, facilitating and sharing her many years of personal and professional experience to participants of TRIPLE’s workshops.
She was formerly a flight attendant for Saudia, one of the largest airlines in the world, where she worked for almost 10 years. She was regularly recognized and awarded for her highly attentive and consistent care of passengers.
Not one to be content with her many achievements, she is currently pursuing a degree in law while facilitating for workshops and seminars of TRIPLE.
